Vegan Recipes for Facial Beauty
We all know that in this economy, going to a spa to get a facial is not a very economical idea. But we also know that if we head to a beauty counter or drugstore, we will only subject ourselves to the harmful toxins often found in skin care products and facial beauty cosmetics. Lets get back to the basics and make our own facials. Just head to the grocery store or produce market for the ingredients that will lead you to a much healthier skin complexion. Here are a few recipes for facial beauty.
Cucumber Mask- Start with one peeled cucumber. Make sure to remove the seed before place the chopped cucumber in the blender. After it turns into a paste, pour the mixture into a bowl and add one teaspoon of oatmeal, and another teaspoon of water. Mix thoroughly and then rub the mixture onto your face. Wait three or five minutes before washing your face. This works well as a general cleansing mask for facial beauty.
Peachy Keen Masque- Take one ripe peach and peel it. Chop up the peach and toss in the blender, add three teaspoons of baking soda, and one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Once the mixture is blended well, you can apply this to your face, leave on for 15 minutes, then wash your face. This masque is ideal for tightening your skin a bit.
