- Indigestion ~ eaten a little too many sweets, gone back for that second helping? Only to find that our tummies in distress afterward? Rub 4-6 drops in the palm of your hand or fingertips and rub over stomach and around the navel in a clockwise direction following the path of the large colon. Combination of the heat generated from the rubbing along with the physical movement and effervescent action of the peppermint essential oil will relieve indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea.
