Doesn’t it takes approximately 3 weeks to change a habit?  I think so.  And if that is right then the simplicity of drinking enough water daily, can be a habit we can all aspire to, as it is one of the most beneficial health habits we can have.

When we or our children are thirsty, we can offer everyone, water first.  Afterward, we can drink juice, lemonade, herbal iced teas, health smoothies, etc. becuase we have already quenched our thirst with water.  And maybe we won’t even want as much of the other sweet liquids, which might cut some unneeded calories.

OK, we have all been verrrrrry good so far.

Once we’ve gotten the body fluids moving, flushed out what the body does not want, etc.,  we are ready for the next beauty step—the products that we use. But first, we have to maintain some basic rules, if we want succeed.

Say No to Toxic Products

Since chemical, synthetic and preservative ingredients in products are inorganic, the body has to get rid of them at the end of the day. Yuck! Since they are useless to our organic bodies, a build up of them over time, can cause us problems in the long run.

Say Yes to Vegan Products

Consider this aphorism. I will buy vegan products that have ingredients that I know or will make my own handmade skin care products. And, I am willing to do a little research to check on the ingredients I do not know. I gotta make sure that my choices protect my body and the bodies of those I love.

Say Yes to the Positive Change

Although I may have been somewhat habitual about what I eat and use in and on my body in the past, (even vegetarians and vegans) I am willing to consider and maybe even give a try to new ideas.  After all, what I am doing now was once a new idea.  There is always room to grow and always more to know.
