Healthy Vegan Fitness
For much of my childhood, I was an active dancer and I loved to ride a bicycle and roller skate. But unfortunately, my eating habits weren’t healthy and my strength level went up and down. My unhealthy eating habits interfered with my activities and I sometimes found myself lacking interest in any kind of dance movement or outdoor activity. The day I discovered healthy organic vegan nutrition changed my life dramatically and I became a different person.
Although obesity was not a health concern, I did slim down more and I felt much better overall. Dancing has always been my favorite activity and I felt very sad and disappointed when I couldn’t enjoy it. But adapting an organic vegan diet changed that and I found a newfound level of strength and energy and excitement in my step. It was wonderful. I met wise, empowered healthy people who were very experienced with a healthy, organic, vegan lifestyle and their mentoring and guidance helped to further my awareness and expedited my journey toward health improvement.
It is a totally unfounded myth that consuming animal protein is necessary for fitness and strenuous exercise. Spice Williams, Actress and Stunt Woman, Edwin Moses, Olympic Champion, and Andreas Cahling, Mr. International Bodybuilder, are very strong and healthy and are great examples of this principle. Healthy balanced vegan nutrition, combined with adequate rest, balanced exercise, and proper guidance and mentoring will help to put you on the journey toward having and enjoying a healthy, strong, fit physique.
