Create A Natural Spa At Home with Wholesale Essential Oils
Who doesn’t deserve a spa day at home? You know, taking a day off , like a Saturday or even part of the day to indulge in manicures, massages, and facials. Unfortunately most of us do not have the time and money to splurge on a indulgent day at the spa, but who says you cannot bring the spa to you at home? Not only will you save money, the best part is that it is quite easy to find (or even make) vegan skin care products to use for your spa day. Many natural homemade soaps and products contain young living essential oils and other natural ingredients that alleviate stress and improve your skin and even recipes, like those that teach you how to make essential oils lotions. Here is a checklist of what to stock in your natural at-home spa.
Find The Essential Basics- I would invest in natural tea candles(or incense) in lavender or vanilla. I also like big plush, organic bath towels and face cloths.
Natural Salt Soaks- Perfect for long baths, and soaking your hands and feet pre-manicure/pedicure.
Essential Oils- Remember to use a diluted form of young living essential oils, as the purely natural from of essential oils can often irritate your skin. If you want to have a reserve you can either learn how to make essential oils or purchase wholesale essential oils.
Sugar Scrub- This works for your face and body: mix up about a teaspoon of sugar and a little bit of white vinegar and stir in a small plastic container. This works wonderfully as a natural spa-inspired scrub.
Virgin Olive Oil- After your scrub-down, use virgin olive oil as a natural moisturizer for both your face and body.
Remember that you don’t need a whole lot of products to enhance the spa experience. Just a day(or afternoon) off and a relaxed mind. After all, that is what a spa is about.
