Five Ways To Good Skin Care
More often that not, people chalk up good skin to genes. And though that does hold some truth to it, its important to know that almost anyone can have great skin with the right care, and you can do it the natural way. Good skin care is easy to do and once it becomes habit, you will look and feel better about your appearance. Here are five ways to achieve a perfect complexion ,head to toe, through natural and good skin care.
1- Exfoliate Frequently- Whether you do this once a week or twice a week, exfoliating is key to healthier looking skin. You could dry brush or use a vegan/all natural skin exfoliant- either methods work. If you’re skin is sensitive, try limiting any type of exfoliating to once a week. Remember not to dry brush your face, and to use a gentle natural exofoliant product you’re the delicate skin on your face.
2- Moisturize Frequently- Everyone should do this. Use a different moisturizer for your face than the one you use for your body. If you need to switch moisturizers seasonally, then do that. Adequate moisture makes your skin look and feel younger.
3- Use Sunscreen Regardless of Season- Sunscreen not only is the best weapon against aging, but it also prevents skin cancer. You can use a moisturizer and/or makeup with sunscreen as long as its at least SPF 15. Natural sunscreen is the best thing you can do for good skin care.
4- Don’t Neglect Your Hands and Feet- Don’t forget to exfoliate, moisturize, and use sunscreen for both your hands and feet as they count too!
5- Avoid Hot Water: Use cold water or lukewarm water instead- hot water tends to dry out skin quicker. And remember to moisturize after every shower and every time you wash your hands- particularly if you have really dry skin. Incorporate these five ways to your routine, and you’re on your way to better skin!

Great tips! I also always use a daytime moisturizing cream and a thicker night time lotion.
