Can You Have Vegan Skin & Stay Well and Healthy
One of the healthiest things you can do to keep yourself well is to keep your lifestyle as organic and green as possible. Your skin, the largest organ in your body, is delicate, vulnerable, and hungry and thirsty for healthy nourishment. Therefore, it is important that you feed your vegan skin the healthiest highest quality nourishment Nature has to offer.
Everything you consume has to initially enter your skin, mouth, and nose. You are literally eating and drinking what you apply topically to your skin and hair. Chemicals and petroleum suffocate the skin cells and wreak havoc on the internal organs. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and drinking caffeinated beverages are very unhealthy and toxic to consume. These things will only cause pain and disease to your body; and your skin will be one of the first organs to receive the toxicity.
In order to have a nice vegan skin you must be good to your skin, your cells, and your internal organs. Expose your skin, cells, and internal organs to foods and drinks that will make you feel alive, youthful, vibrant, and energized. Drinking purified, filtered, or distilled water is the first thing you should give your body.
Our bodies are made of at least 70% water and the skin contains a large quantity of the water. Because pollution, toxicity, and substance abuse are very taxing on the body, dehydration is a big problem. This is largely why it is important that we drink as much water as possible and stay hydrated. Fresh fruit and vegetable juice, soy milk, rice milk, nut milk, coconut milk, and organic caffeine-free herbal teas are the healthiest liquids to drink and ensure we have a vegan skin.
Be good to yourself. Consume and use only those products that are organic, green, and non-toxic. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how healthy, alive, and vibrant you’ll feel and how nice your vegan skin feels.
