  • Olive Oil ~ a staple of Mediterranean cooking is also your best friend for chapped elbows, heels, knees and cuticles. Rub a generous amount on your skin, wait 20 minutes and shower off with tepid, NOT hot, water. For a good exfoliation, mix 2 parts brown sugar to 1 part olive oil. Mix well and rub in a circular motion. Rinse in tepid water.
